Terms of Service

TerminalOne is a software analytics product. It presents market data, derived indicators such as sector strength, breadth and the R Factor momentum score, index contribution breakdowns and charts, for study and research purposes.

TerminalOne is not a broker, exchange, portfolio manager or investment adviser. We do not execute trades, hold client funds or provide personalised recommendations.

You need an account to subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single user; sharing credentials, reselling access or operating shared logins is not permitted.

You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

Access to the terminal is sold as an annual subscription at ₹3,499 per user per year, charged in advance for a twelve-month term. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price. We will tell you in advance if the renewal price changes. Taxes may be added where applicable.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-export, redistribute or resell data or indicators from the platform;
• reverse engineer, copy or create derivative products from the terminal;
• use automated tools to access the service beyond normal interactive use;
• attempt to bypass authentication, subscription gating or rate limits;
• use the service unlawfully or in a way that disrupts it for other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and broker APIs. If you connect your own broker account as a data feed, you authorise us to use that connection solely to fetch market data for your session. You remain bound by your broker's own terms, and their availability, accuracy and rate limits are outside our control.

Data may be delayed, incomplete or interrupted. Derived indicators are computed from that data and inherit its limitations.

Nothing in TerminalOne is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Trading and investing carry risk of loss. All decisions you make using the platform are your own, and you are solely responsible for them. Past performance of any signal, score or indicator does not predict future results.

We aim to keep the service available during market hours but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages and upstream failures can cause downtime. We may add, change or remove modules over time; material reductions in functionality during a paid term will be handled under our refund policy.

The platform, its interface, code, and derived indicators including the R Factor methodology remain our property. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the paid term.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or from inaccurate or delayed data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel as described in the refund policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the terminal ends.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
