Grievance Redressal
If something about Tradescan.in has gone wrong — billing, access, data accuracy, privacy, a referral payout or the conduct of someone promoting us — this page tells you how to have it addressed.
Last updated 16 September 2026
1. First step: support
Write to support@tradescan.in from the email address registered to your account, or use the contact form. Most issues — access, payment status, feed connection — are resolved at this stage.
Please include:
- your registered email address;
- what happened, with dates and times (IST) where relevant;
- the payment reference, if the complaint concerns billing;
- screenshots, if the complaint concerns something displayed in the terminal;
- what outcome you are asking for.
2. Escalation: grievance officer
If support has not resolved your complaint to your satisfaction, escalate it to our grievance officer.
Bracketed entries above are pending appointment and publication by the operating entity. Until they are filled in, escalations should be sent to support@tradescan.in marked "GRIEVANCE", and they are tracked separately from routine support.
3. How we handle a complaint
- We acknowledge receipt and give you a reference.
- We investigate, and ask you for anything further we need.
- We respond in writing with our conclusion and, where due, the remedy.
- We keep a record of the complaint and its outcome.
Acknowledgement and resolution timelines are pending confirmation by the operating entity and will be published here once set. We do not wish to state a service level we have not committed to.
4. Privacy and data complaints
Complaints about personal data — access, correction, erasure, or how your information was handled — are handled through the same channel and are recorded separately. See Your Data Rights for how to make a data request.
5. If you remain dissatisfied
You retain every remedy available to you in law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and, for personal-data matters, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
Tradescan.in holds no SEBI registration, so complaints are not routed through SEBI's investor complaint platform. If that status ever changes, this page will publish the registration and the applicable escalation route.
